Made-to-Order Promise

All INK'D U products are made-to-order with a personalized touch. Each piece is uniquely created once your order is confirmed, which means we cannot resell or reuse it.

Please note: Personalized image embroidery orders cannot be exchanged or refunded once the order is confirmed and accepted, as these are uniquely created based on your submitted design.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only within 2 days of placing the order and must occur before final confirmation. Once the order is confirmed and production begins, cancellation is not possible. Every product is custom-made and cannot be resold or reused. Materials and production start soon after confirmation, making it a one-of-a-kind piece.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received
  • Incorrect size delivered
  • Wrong design printed
  • Damaged or defective item

To Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please reach us via email at support@inkdu.in Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • VIDEO'S of the actual product

Product Not as Expected
If your product doesn’t match the website visuals or doesn’t meet your expectations, please inform us within 2 days of receiving it. Our team will assess your concern and take appropriate action.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days and issued through your original payment method.
