Can I customize my order?

Yes! Many of our pieces offer customization options like text, color, or design tweaks. Just look for the "Customize" button on product pages. Have a special request? Reach out—we love bringing your ideas to life.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer a full range of sizes from XS to XXL. Each product includes a size guide to help you choose the right fit. Still unsure? Our team is here to assist with sizing questions.

How long does shipping take?

All INK'D U products are made to order, so processing takes 5–7 working days after order confirmation.

For domestic orders within India, delivery usually takes an additional 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp to follow your order.

What’s your return and refund policy?

Since all INK'D U products are made-to-order, returns and refunds are only accepted if you receive the wrong item, incorrect size, incorrect design, or a damaged/defective product. Personalized image embroidery items cannot be returned or exchanged once confirmed.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at inkdustore@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.
